PERSONALITY: Tony is the type of guy more likely found hanging out with a large group of friends than stuffed in the library doing homework, but he’s clever enough to get away with it. He’ll put in the extra effort over morning coffee, twenty minutes before class, or bullshit his way through an oral enough to keep his grades up. More often than not he’ll get bored studying on his own so he makes sure to bother someone (Jett or Honey) to study together. They’ll help each other stay focused, even if Jett thinks EVERYTHING is important and Tony will get distracted by things he finds interesting but that are probably useless to him and Honey probably gets frustrated with them ‘cause they are useless boys, but strangely it works for them.  

Tony loves mental sparring and will argue for the fun of it, stepping into another’s shoes to argue a truth from another perspective. This gives him a better sense of others’ reasoning and a better understanding of opposing ideas. It doesn’t always go over well with conflict-averse types and he’s inadvertently burned several bridges because of this quarrelsome fun, but it’s just the way he functions. NOTHING IS SACRED. He can be rather insensitive and intolerant, especially if people are unable to back up their ideas in a round of mental sparring. It’s also important to note that he doesn’t just want to be told he’s right; he has to have absolutely earned it. If he’s wrong, he wants to be told so.

He’s an extrovert who attracts all sorts of people and has made good friends in all Houses, keeping a healthy balance of personalities he interacts with. However, though he’s charismatic, he is also uncompromisingly honest sometimes and may come off as insensitive. Despite this he is a loyal friend and tries to give support and emotional feedback as often as possible.

LIKES: challenges, DEBATES, brainstorming, communication, honesty, excitement, creativity, coffee, art (he’s borderline obsessive about some of the witch artists and has a special interest in the magic that makes the portraits move), philosophy, history (he knows all the obscure facts and loves debating key historical points), Quidditch (plays Chaser)

DISLIKES: repetition, social expectations, staying focused on a single detail too long, Potions (which he’s trash in cause he’s too impatient to wait and do all the steps properly
