So since I recently Purchased a PS2, I thought I would regale you all with tales of the shenanigans I get up to while playing it.

Currently Playing:
Die Hard Trilogy (On level 3)
Final Fantasy VII (In Nibelheim)
Final Fantasy X (Mt. Gagazet after Biran and Yenke)
Medal of Honor: Underground (Level 3)
Tony Hawk Underground 2 (Classic Mode on Easy)

Finished Playing
Tony Hawk Underground 2 (Story Mode on Easy (not 100% though)

Rented (Not Finished)
Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII (Beginning of chapter 12)

Own (But Haven't Started)
Dark Cloud
Grandia 2
Pong: The Next Level
SimCity 2000
Star Wars: Dark Forces
Tomb Raider 1

Returning Because They Don't Work
Star Wars Battlefront 2

So these are the games I own currently(with the exception of DOC:FFVII). If any of you care, I can make a journal of my thoughts on the game, and go into further detail any info about the games as well as review each of them in turn, you know, first thoughts, closing thoughts, and everything in between.

So to start this off, I think I will cover the one game I don't already own.

Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

First Thoughts:
I heard it was a terrible game, but being the way I am, I had to figure it out myself. Also, since it focused on quite possibly my most favorite Final Fantasy VII character (Excepting Cait Sith, and if you say otherwise, you are a Communist. Sorry, but that's just the way it is).

Gameplay:
It reminds me of Devil May Cry a little, with more focus on the gunplay.

Story:
Most excellent, i think it's my favorite game story in the final fantasy series. (Except the SaGa series. the first three ones on the classic gameboy rock.)

Final Thoughts:
It could use more levels with emphasis on the rifle and machine gun, i finished pretty much the whole game with the handgun, maybe make the scope specific to the rifle attachment? all in all, worth the two and a half bucks I spent to rent it.

Rating:
8/10

So funny story, my one year old son decided to knock over my PS2 and now it won't play PS2 Games or movies. Fortunately Final Fantasy VII still works.

So in lieu of me being able to post in this topic, I shall tell funny stories about things I see.

walking to the library today (Its no more than a half mile from my apartment) I saw no less than twelve garage sales on the same road.
